En fin de cuisson, ajouter l&rsquo;agar-agar. Verser dans un moule et laisser refroidir.<\/p>\n<p>Mettre les framboises ou les cassis dans une casserole et porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition. Retirer du feu d\u00e8s le premier bouillon, passer les fruits au moulin \u00e0 l\u00e9gumes ( grille fine) et sucrer selon le go\u00fbt.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9mouler l&rsquo;aspic de pommes, le napper de ce coulis et servir bien frais.<\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Variante:<\/span> on peut remplacer le coulis aux fruits rouges par un lait d&rsquo;amandes \u00e9pais parfum\u00e9 \u00e0 la vanille.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em> Pour ma part j&rsquo;ai opt\u00e9 pour un m\u00e9lange aux fruits des bois<\/em> (<em> vendu en surgel\u00e9s)<\/em>.<em> Quant aux pommes, ce sont des Chantecler<\/em>: <em>vari\u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s parfum\u00e9e et sucr\u00e9e.
